A terroristic threat is a threat to commit a crime of violence or a threat to cause bodily injury to another person and terrorization as the result of the proscribed conduct.[1] Several U.S. states have enacted statutes which impose criminal liability for "terroristic threatening" or "making a terroristic threat.

The courts have held that "a threat need not take any particular form or be expressed in any particular words, and may be made by innuendo or suggestion, and that the words uttered will not be considered in a vacuum but rather in light of all the circumstances."

Let’s go even further. I have no right to be at y’all job. Imagine me walking in there, and threatening nikkas, and thinking it’s all good cause I’m mad. “Oh they didn’t return my shyt so I’ll beat every motherfukking adult up in here”

You think nobody can call the cops?

So y’all must think that school is a special place, where as long as your kid is there, you can walk up in there and threaten to beat peoples ass and it’s perfectly legal

the main reason I’m giving her a pass is the teacher’s laid back demeanor seems to indicate she let the parent speak in front the kids...in some schools it’s mandatory for teachers to lock the door to prevent strangers and yes even parents from just entering a classroom...if the parent went thru security w/o permission and entered that classroom w/o consent then yes it’s a different story but despite the cursing her delivery was calm and the teacher calmly sat thru most of it so it’s hard for me to believe she just barged into the classroom unannounced

Straight up. I think people wanna just fulfil a fantasy where they go off with no repercussions. I learned a long ass time ago that you better be prepared to involve a lawyer otherwise people dont give a fukk what you think.

Imagine if a parent got up in her face talking about "who the fukk you think you talking to. Dont tell me how to raise my kids bytch." Then you've got adults pulled into some shyt that kids should've handled on their own. Situation is made worse.

I get her frustration and wanting the shyt to stop, but this makes it worse or doesnt change anything.

If my kid didn’t do anything. And now I’m sending him to therapy cause this women threatened to beat up his mother INSTEAD of her filing a lawsuit. That’s a case

Her kids problem ain’t my kids problem. Especially if he didn’t have shyt to do with it. He was completely innocent and had to sit in fear as this strange woman said she’d persoanllu beat his mom into the ground and cussed at him.

Like breh said. I’d have to do a lot of fukked it shyt like therapy and doc visits and getting witnesses to gang up and say he’s terrified now. But surely, the school letting strangers in..........

Matter of fact... imagine my black male self walked into a class full of white girls and pulled this shyt. You think the judge gonna say “nah breh you good. They needed it. Go ahead and sue the school while you at it”

Come on now. Like I’m personally attacking a black woman. Any adult has zero right to come into a school and threaten people with violence. Zeroooooooooo. There is no law on the books that says you can do that. But I’m sure there’s some laws that say you can’t.

Well she was addressing the people bullying her daughter. I doubt any of the kids that didn't bully are phased one bit, they aren't THAT young.
So my daughter is getting mentally and possibly physically harassed, and I warn the harassers next time I am gonna step in, in self defense of my daughter until you stop coming at her. I don't care if we need to goto counselling and doctors if it comes to that from the other parents side. I'll take that risk if I think it's the best way to get these kids off my kid's back.

Matter of fact, if it meant she was going to be safe from here on out, going through a court case will cost money, and be a little stressful on the kid, but when she grows up she is going to have such strong morals and these are the types of ordeals that shape you to be standup humans later on in life.

O.M.G... I'm not doing this anymore. Do ya thing buddy. whatever you need to think to make you happy. I'm not sitting here trying to dissect or provide a legal basis to counter your argument, especially when I'm not getting paid for it. Think whatever it is that you need to ... I'm losing brain cells, it's all yours. You have the floor, counselor.. have at it. I'm out...

Well how you said it is not how she said it

There’s a huge difference in, if you touch my daughter, we will have to defend ourselves

And

If you touch my daughter, I’m going to find your mom, aunt, sister and any other adult and beat their fukking ass. Then repeat it about 5 times

But I keep saying this. I’m not mad at her or what she did. My name is literally devils advocate. I’m just saying. If some white lady did this to black kids, we’d be flipping out. Call the cops. Beat her ass. How the fukk she even get permission.

I don’t want to see this lady go down. I don’t want to see other parents go down. Ain’t no goddamn lawyer in the world gonna tell you “sure ma’am. Go threaten to beat up other adults. It’s perfectly legal as long as bullying is involved”

They’d tell you to be the one to sue the school. Not go up there and threaten people

I've worked in several schools and this is absolutely lawsuit worthy. Superintendents and education boards don't like this kind of attention and they have settled lawsuits for far less.

In fact, if my kid were in that class, guilty of bullying or not, I'm suing the school and I would get a payout, easily. Because the school system and their lawyers know there's no justification for allowing non-school personnel to address students in class and issue threats. That's where she really went wrong--threatening a room full of students, let alone white students. Or like the poster said above, what if other parents take this message to heart and respond in kind to the threats? Sh*t can get real messy real quick.

I can tell some of ya'll don't work in this sector and are treating it as such. But trust, half of those parents are on the phone with their lawyers right now and the settlements are already pending. And it's videotaped and on the internet too? Sheeeeeeeeeit, LAY UP.

And that’s all I was trying to say the entire time. I’m not a run to the police guy. Or fake injury to get a check guy.

But I can see clear as day, the school has no right to let ANY parent do this. Why is she special? Let’s say I got a kid there... why can’t I threaten some kids on Monday? Why can’t another threaten some kids on Tuesday?

Who is allowed to threaten? Which parents get the ok to come threaten? How many visits to the principal before you get a “threaten” pass for school that day?

I swear people just think with their heart

settling a lawsuit because you dont like the attention or because its cheaper than legal fees and actually being liable are two different things. let a school district play hardball, there is going to have to be a lot of actual proof of negligence as well as damages. you see in the video some of the kids were laughing lol. whats the value of that? $500.... yeah ok take that check split it with your attorney and move along. you want more? where's your damages?
