If this is true, then MLW struck gold. But wasn't there word last year that Viacom said they were looking to have wrestling program on their platform and this was before merging back with CBS? I know they had interest on AEW, but one thing I'll say is Impact missed out on a deal that can redeem their brand, however, I'm putting that on Anthem.

Listened to a podcast from the Athletic and the host said that Viacom wants sports on Showtime/CBS, not Paramount since Paramount's rebrand has failed

Bellator could be on its way to Showtime/CBS and they have a void to fill since PBC is putting their bigger cards on FOX.

Because there really isn’t a lot of truth to that narrative that the coli loves to tout for their agendas.

A lot of wrestling in reality is getting consumed more than ever but just in many different ways

I don't see how they pass up impact with this.
especially seeing how they have to get pass NWA & ROH before the impact comparison begins.

i mean, its a good buzz move that will get more people to check out their youtube channel tho.
and maybe it will lead to them getting a spot on cbs-sports or something as well.

Honestly it be good to air MLW weekly on a CBS (a stretch) or Paramount Network then have the PPVs air on Showtime.

I've always been of the mindset that Viacom should just fold up all of the Showtime Channels into CBS All Access and relaunch all of those channels as CBS All Access channels for the cable networks and call it a day.

And the implosion of the Paramount Network is coming. Mark my words.
