TNA gotta be some where like

This what happens when you have a damaged brand, I suppose :yeshrug:

I think maybe they needed to change the name to something other than Impact when they made the switch. It was close enough to the old name to not confuse old viewers. But maybe too close to make people think it was truly different.

It'd be interesting to see how wrestling on a premium network would work, though. You typically use free TV as promo for the PPV. But with this, you're essentially dipping in the viewers' pockets twice, unless PPV style shows just sit on Showtime like they did with Strikeforce.

If they play their cards right, they could get an occasional CBS timeslot just like Elite XC/Strikeforce did too.

During that period where they were GFW, people still shytted on it and called it Impact. They could go with "Anthem Wrestling" or something like that though.

I'm pretty sure this is what happened and actually is still happening. Plus the treatment of a lot of loaned talent (Okada being the primary example) prolly closed a lot of doors in terms of potential alliances and shyt.

I'm pretty sure NJPW is still :scust: at them even after they apologized and shyt. :mjlol:

Never seen MLW..is it any good?
Yes. They have episodes on YouTube. Contra Unit is a great faction one of the members is Jacob Fatu, another of the Samoan Dynasty. His look and move set is very similar to Umaga.

They also have Davey Boy Smith Jr. Brian Pillman Jr., Low-Ki.

They had to outright buy a network to get back on a channel that other human beings had.

Which is truly a goddamn shame, because real talk, they put on the most consistent program week after week.

They burned so much good will and their brand has been toxic for years now but they deserve another chance. Not a fan of how they tried to strongarm NJPW into a partnership though.
