Y'all love making unsubstantiated claims about each other. I haven't seen a single person on here treat Cody Rhodes the way you're describing it. Dude is still uninteresting and still gets clowned.

Dude either you purposely being obtuse or haven't posted here.. And its not just here.. Old heads in the business been clowning Cody and his wife for years. But now he's back under coke boy and they treating him as if he's Rock/Austin.. Fukk outta here

Cody's more tolerable now because he doesn't have the same freedom he had in AEW. WWE was best or his career because he's someone who needs to be held in check. The moment he starts pulling the same shyt he pulled in AEW is when you'll see him get the same treatment. Also, No one on here is treating him like he's 98 Stone Cold so stop the bullshytting. :mjlol:

Look at your boy @Brad Piff don't be playing dumb like that shyt aint happening here

I’m all for standing up for your worth, especially how disposable wrestlers are now , but unless he spoke to Wardlow, I can’t fukk with this . Go in , lay down, walk backstage and give TK the finger and take it from there.

The meet and great shyt fukked with ppls money ( even if they were just
Neckbeards) and that don’t sit right with me no matter what company and it’s wrestlers I’m a fan of.

He essentially worked himself into a shoot and there aren't any winners. Fans got screwed over for paying to see him and him not showing up (kayfabe he probably loves the meet and greets given he can shyt all over fans in person and still remain in character), Wardlow got screwed over by this saga given his big moment in the story is now being overshadowed, and TK got screwed over because there's now a potential for things to spiral live on a PPV and he has to decide whether to pull the match or not (the tweet promoting the match was deleted as was the video on AEW's youtube page).

Most importantly, MJF royally screwed himself over. That WWE offer is going to be there, whether he's released by AEW tomorrow or in February 2024. Hell, WWE can offer more money a year and a half from now since their TV rights deals will be resigned around the same time as AEW's. Also no-showing a fan event is not a great way to make a great impression on a company that boasts about its fan events and experience. Plus the fact Prichard, a guy MJF is close with, has said multiple times on his podcast about people doing business the right way, and MJF's stunt ain't it.

MJF is a much better talent than Miz is on the mic and in the ring (think about where The Miz was when he was the same age MJF is now), but dude needs to get his head out his ass. If the match happens tonight, it wouldn't shock me if he sells for Wardlow the same way HBK did for Hogan at Summerslam 05.

Didn't Adderall Man have to buy out MJF's MLW contract because he wanted to jump to AEW so bad?

This seems in character with the real person, but it's hard to know what to believe because the dirt sheets lie most of the time and MJF is always working heel.

If it's true he wants out and refuses to even negotiate, let him go. There's plenty of other talent to build up. I think it's a bad look for him if this is real, and a bad look for AEW if it's an angle. I'm definitely more interested in seeing what happens at DoN now though.

Think MLW's contracts at that time didn't have any mention of potential WWE rivals and it's why he was able to appear on both for a while. Not sure if his contract was bought out or if it expired. It's how Brian Pillman Jr was able to appear on AEW programming as well since his contract had similar language.
