Yeah claiming mixed because of my insignificant white great grandfather/mother would make me feel uncomfortable lol.
Right, I don't go by appearance, I go by genetics
I feel like I say this alot but I have cousins the coli would call mixed based on appearance but they're as black genetically as I am.

It makes you mixed, not half mixed, mixed. At certain point you stop being mixed but not when one of your parents is biracial, you're still 1/4 another race, I say the next generation is the cut off point from being mixed, great grandparent are too far back
