One of the poorest states in that nation, cutting its tax revenue, and will end up begging to be put on federal welfare. Mind you the irony that these same people claim to hate welfare and social programs, ex: were against Medicaid expansion, Obamacare, BIF, and BBB.

So yes, I'm not worrying, but I'm moreso irritated at this hypocritical stupidity.

No one is going to move money from the military budget to Mississippi, not even Mississippi politicians.


All this means is that education, health care, social services, etc. in Mississippi are going to get even more fukked over and the state is going to beg the feds for even more money to fill in half the gap while poor folk in Mississippi (mostly Black) eat the rest of the losses.
