This is the one closest to me: One Loudoun Movie Theater | Ashburn | Alamo Drafthouse Cinema

Basically, it's a movie theater where they serve you real food (which they bring to you) have assigned seating, and they have a strict no talking not texting policy.







And they serve brew if you partake, so no one is allowed in any theater under the age of 18 unless they're with a parent so you don't have to deal with obnoxious teenagers (a group I used to be a proud member of)

They also have special programming, like quote alongs or kids camp or action movie night, horror night, etc.

No..maybe the last one since a lot of the characters are the same but they're usually self contained. The first one is on netflix so at least watch that one
