Before last year other than mission impossible non of his action films did 200million overseas let alone domestically that's not good why are we putting a bow on something negative
War of the Worlds: $234 million (domestic) / $357 million (foreign)
Minority Report: $132 million (domestic) / $226 million (foreign)
The Last Samurai: $111 million (domestic) / $345 million (foreign)

He's been a scientologist since top gun it's more than that
:beli:

In 2004, he said psychiatry should be outlawed, took shots at Brooke Shields for using anti-depressants, said there was no such thing as chemical imbalance, got into an argument with Matt Lauer over psychiatry and began being seen as weird as fukk.

Critic Consensus: Mission: Impossible Rogue Nation continues the franchise's thrilling resurgence -- and proves that Tom Cruise remains an action star without equal

all at the age of 53 years young, glad it was him. Maybe he's just a really good actor but he has always seemed like a hardworking genuine dude :salute:

So dude's public image was clean when he started shytting on psychiatry, on mothers using anti-depressants for post-partum depression or getting into arguments on the Today Show?

But you said:
Before last year other than mission impossible non of his action films did 200million overseas let alone domestically that's not good why are we putting a bow on something negative
So I posted action movies that came out before last year and were not MI sequels that made over $200 million overseas.

before everything there is a beginning, I just posted you the root of this discussion any branch that might've developed from it all stemmed from the comment I quoted (initially). If you came into the discussion not knowing that and still won't accept the explanation that has been placed forward? :francis:
