And I said it wouldn't matter because they have Towns & Wiggins, that is a dream job, ontop of the fact whoever gets the job might get the GM position as well.

They have a generational big man and an elite wing prospect, there simply isn't a better open position in the league.

I never disagreed it being the best job and have always hoped Thibs went there

This is literally the best job to have for a coach right now..KAT, Wiggins, LaVine..all young guys, especially guys who have no problems either and get along. Hope they get a good coach and can make it work. Minnesota can't fukk this up

It could be awkward if Thibs gets it over JVG, over the years Jeff has turned down a lot of jobs, so him putting his name out there for this is kind of surprising. But this one is like the perfect coaching opportunity, and we're not even taking into account what happens if the Wolves win the lottery
