And cacs wonder why protesters had to turn up.

If nikkas were singing hymns instead of burning down a police station, u think he would have been arrested?

Hell fukking no. Basically this is like the Rodney King Riots nikkas had to burn down a billion dollars worth of shyt before LAPD arrested the pigs.

Then only two got sentenced to 10 years which was quickly cut down to 30 months and there paroled early.

How many years can he get if found guilty on both of those charges?
Third-degree murder is a name for a category of murder defined in the laws of three states in the United States, specifically Florida, Minnesota, and Pennsylvania. It was also formerly defined in New Mexico (which once had five degrees of murder) and Wisconsin. Depending on the state, third-degree murder may include felony murder regardless of the underlying felony, felony murder only where the underlying felony is non-violent, or depraved-heart murder. It is punishable by a maximum of 40 years imprisonment in Florida (in the case of a violent career criminal) and Pennsylvania, and 25 years imprisonment in Minnesota.

Burning stuff down needs to stop now, to send the message that the arrest of the officer may prevent this from happening.

I think that's why they didn't want them to turn up. They knew them rioting and looting and burning shyt down everyday would result in them arresting him and they didn't want that. They hate that black people forced them to charge and arrest him. I guarentee you those "Why they looting and burning down their own community" people are mad as fuk that he got arrested and charged. I guarentee it. They like "Damn man why did y'all bow down? Now you guys are gonna look weak. Y'all let the black community punk y'all down? They beat y'all into submission now it's looking like they got all the power"

3rd degree max is 25 years and we know hes not getting max

I think he's gonna get the max. They backed down and submitted to the pressure being applied. They done took their L and now they're forced to do what the black community want them to do.

Can the Coli militants come justify a black man losing his business he worked his whole life for ?

Yeah, I can...

When you're in a war, unfortunately, there is collateral damage. There are black people who will lose their own or family members life. That's the cost of war and progression.

If my business got destroyed, I'd be upset but fortunately I understand the greater picture. Something many black people lack and why we're thus far losing. The group is bigger and more important than what Western society teaches, the INDIVIDUAL.
