Now that they’re are not police officers, the prosecutors need to hit them with a murder/homicide charge like they do every other criminal or citizen instead of the brutality bullshyt assault charge they run with. This is clearly murder. I don’t hear all that independent investigation news bytes. What’s the hold up? First degree for the officers detaining him, 2nd degree for the other responding officers not intervening, collaborating. Along with the EMT for being complicit to a murder.

The first thing that happened to me when I met my lawyer she was saying how the cops have many protections and I could not do anything to the cop. Whenever he's involved in these high profile cases, the verdict usually come back BS. Not guilty (George Zimmerman), no charges (Darren Wilson), or some light charges (Amber Guyger). He's not the lawyer at trial but is retained by the family. Plus he seems to always pop when these incidents happen.

His partner should have been the one intervening. It's sad that we as the citizens are the ones being expected to deescalate situations like these.

The prosecutor can only work for the jurisdiction for which they are assigned and are representative of the locale, city or state entity. We know he’s not a Fukkin prosecutor or employed by a legal agent representative of that interest. He’s supposed to be a public advocacy lawyer representative of the victims family but he has yet to function as nothing more than a media controlled intermediary is the point. He negotiates behind the scenes which has bearing on the liability of those involved - civil and criminally. If he’s out here softshoe-ing than that’s less incentive for the police agencies and reps to put out a justified punishment that holds them responsible and accountable.
