I agree that the nation was/is infiltrated by cia/fbi or even may be their group. I also agree that a member killed them (both Malcolm and Khalid) regardless of whether or not they were pawns the group still did it, knows who did it and welcomed their deaths. I don't see how the fbi/cia using the noi member(s) to kill either of them is a valid defense though. The noi isn't screaming for the killers to be caught so this leads me to believe they were down with it. Malcom said they would kill him right before they did. The video I posted he says similar.
That aside the noi beliefs are still bs and it's still a cult. Louis says some good things here and there but not enough to make me go along with the overall message. How much is he worth again?
In an organisation of that magnitude it's impossible to control each and every member. What the NOI did do at the time though was make Malcolm out to be the enemy and an evil traitor and hypocrit, apparently Elijah said to leave him alone but some of the more ardent radical followers thought they were doing a righteous murder. They possibly could of handled that better in hindsight, if they had stated their position that he was lost and misguided rather than making him out to be worthy of death. Cause I don't think what Malcolm said, whether wrong or right made him worthy of death, but people took Elijah's position seriously, they saw him as a divinly inspired man. Malcolm's organisations were also infiltrated. I believe the C.I.A hired the ballroom very close to the murder, possibly was the week prior. That's the question that's up in the air, did Elijah or Farrakhan know before hand or not, they would probably say no. Well to be honest I HAVE seen several times the Nation members ask/demand a through investigation.. will try find a link....
One of the ones I saw was on a talkshow, trying to remember which one it was but one of the supposed murderers was also on it, but the nation representive said they wanted an investigation. It isn't a defensive of the deed, but it's a question mark against condemnation of the Nation for the actual murder when we don't know if it was the Nation or a member of the Nation going against the Nation's wishes. Like you might have a christian church but one of the members murders someone, that doesn't mean the chruch neccesarily permitted and ordered it. Yeah some people in the NOI definitely wanted Malcolm dead, he was chased by these people, it looks to appear like Joseph X firebombed Malcolm's house also, but was he given the orders... possibly, possibly not, guess we don't know. I'm not in the Nation so I don't subscribe to their religious beliefs, while I am open minded.... I don't go along with the whole message either,I agree with I'd imagine about 60 percent of what Farrakhan says. But I watch and pay attention to what he says as I find him interesting, can be inspiring, and is a historical figure. He does drop a lot of wisdom too and do some good things and I respect that even though I can't fully support everything he says.
