Lol, firstly I'm just explaining the perspective, I'm not agreeing or disagreeing. I'm not a member of the NOI though I have friends who are. I don't agree with everything they have done or everything Farrakhan says but as an orator I can't deny he has incredible ability, and I do think he doesn't just say some good things, I think he says some amazing things, having seen him speak many times he really does deliver a lot in his speeches. And this is worth studying, not neccesarily agreeing or disagreeing, but as a point of discussion. Did the NOI kill Khalid Muhammad as an orgainsation? Did Farrkhan order that? As far as I'm aware he didn't sanction nor want any physical harm done to Khalid and even sent him a letter trying to help him with some of his goals. Malcolm... again from a huge amount of stuyding, it seems like there were 3 forces at work in the assasination, one of them involved members of the NOI but was that an order carried from Elijah or Farrahkhan? That's the question. Farrakhan has admitted his words back then were harsh and even immature but he completely denies involvement in the assasination. Anyway they would say they were being verbally attacked due to Malcolm trying to discredit and assasinate the charecter of Elijah (these aren't my words, this is the perspective). It's a complicated issue, I've seen several 2 hour plus lectures on Farrakhan speaking on it, it was complex. Malcolm even said had a brother told him what HE was saying while he was in the nation he would of wanted to kill them himself.
