3-7 since doc took over
Which is why it's always goofy that posters insisting on saying that Bud shouldn't have gotten fired as all of those failures happened under his watch. That from the 2019 season (60 wins + Giannis' 1st MVP) thru 2024, the Bucks will likely still have just one Finals appearance in those 6 years, is a bad look given how formidable a regular season team they've been almost every year.
Now, also given that Giannis won a title in that one Finals appearance + is in a small market team that no one ever expected to win anything + has no stanbases parading him as a future top 3 GOAT, he'll likely remain teflon don status thru it all, esp since (to be fair) he still plays hard and puts up numbers. But damn, it's always something with MIL.

Bringing in Doc has also made it easier for the GM to escape blame as well considering the current state of the roster is all on him as well. People like to shyt on Lacbo and bring up his poor drafting/asset mismanagement and how he's fukked over Steph's tenure, when Horst is arguably just as bad if not worse.
They didn't really have a choice in the matter because the GM had fukked up all future assets and flexibility. It's funny that their record with Doc is but their season was always headed this way
I said it from the start they did not actually look anywhere near their record this year. They failed the eye test and feasted on a weak schedule
They doubled down on an aging roster and the Dame move was basically a hail Mary to get Giannis to sign an extension.
Also Dame has been subpar this season, especially since the start of 2024. Efficiency in the toilet and no consistency at all. Obviously him being so horrible on defense hurts but that was always gonna be an issue. He needs to start holding up his end of the bargain offensively.
I'm not sure he should be an all star at all let alone starter
They’ve actually played better defense. They’re no longer in the mid 20s in defensive rating. This is beyond coaching.
Dudes have no interest in playing defense
U letting bum teams get 30 points a quarter on you

Their problem is if Dame isn’t scoring 25, they lose. If he does, they win.
Until he sprained his ankle cause KD undercut him, Middleton was playing really well as of late.
And also, with Dame... he just gotta be better. Doc ain't shyt, sure, roster not optimal, sure, whatever the offensive system is, sure, but you supposed to be orbiting top 10 in the league and the KG to Curry's Tim Duncan as far as narratives went these last few years.
