On another note. A socal cat that games with my friends and I, was trying to rank on Me during hurricane season. I bet he wished he had those floods right about now :sas1:

I totally understand reveling in the likes of James Woods (and other bad people) crying about losing their homes but to be openly indifferent towards, or even take joy in people losing their homes just because they are celebrities is nasty work.

I know this makes me sound like a dikkhead but people that don’t own homes are telling on themselves. Home insurance takes months to payout and finding money for temporary accommodation isn’t something everyone can do overnight. Not to mention, the sentimental value attached to owning a home - seeing all your memories go up in smoke is gonna be traumatizing for anyone.

TL:DR - Bad vibes becoming the norm is scary and people need to fix up.

im here and im just numb to it. alot of my girls clients have lost homes and basically everything. the thing is it didnt effect me before the fire and it doesn't effect me after. my bills still hitting. really only feeling bad for altadena and black people effected. most people in socal dont care about others in general and horde resources and opportunity. Im supposed to care now ?

In a time where home ownership increasing reserved for the well off and fortunate, I wonder why these these people who don't own homes or insurance have a hard time empathizing with those who do 🤡

I feel bad for them

Especially for those that worked for them in their houses. Like housekeeper, Nannies, and gardeners and things of that sort. They just lost their income

Have you not watched any coverage?

Honestly, I only see what’s in my feed and what’s posted here. The only thing I saw to working class, and I wouldn’t even count them as working class, was a couple that lost a rental property in the fire that they were gonna try to use as their retirement

SMH people are weird. Even if they had billions, seeing your property and everything in it gone in moments isn’t something you can just “replace.”

You can’t buy back the memories, the priceless items with sentimental value. And buying another multimillion dollar domicile isn’t easy or fun.

I feel bad for ANYONE that lost anything in those fires. My family in LA was able to get to LV for the time being. Ish is scary out here. Bezos could’ve lost a property and I would feel for him and his family as well
This,

As someone who lost a lot of sentimental things in a hurricane, I know absolutely that all the money in the world can’t bring that stuff back. I’m not super wealthy but I’m good, there’s just a lot of miserable and jealous people on the net so I’m not surprised by the comments

I cried watching this. I can't lie. The health issues these people will probably suffer will be insane. I'm pretty sure it took 5 to 10 years off their lives in a matter of a few days.
