where you from, breh?
NY….I went to Penn State though
where you from, breh?
this...Clearly if this man believed in God he wouldn't be so inclined to violence and hate. A common trait amongst atheists i've encountered both on here and in real life.
People question Islam non-stop and aren't killed.
If this guy did this, then throw his ass in jail.
Theres nothing "to" atheism. Its simply your stance on a single question
Its not asserting anything.
Being an atheist doesn't make you therefore someone who deserves to act like this. To hell with this clown.
OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH an crazy atheist doesnt rep the whole squad, but a crazy ass muslim reps Islam?
yall are some violent ass people even without a faith in your life.
1. theres nothing to atheism. Its the lack of belief. I share nothing in common with that suspect
2. muslims represent all muslims since you claim to hold a set of beliefs.
I THINK HE'S IMPLYING HE BELIEVES THE MUSLIM WORLD IS UNSTABLE AND VIOLENT IN GENERAL, BROTHER!
lack of faith doesn't mean we therefore agree on anything else.you both go by the same lack of faith all for the same reason
NY….I went to Penn State though
i got a boy who will still ride for joe pa.
I think we all do in some way. There are about 4 of us on this board that went to the same school. The anniversary of his death was last week if I'm not mistaken.
I have subconsciously moved away from his image. He was the reason I went to the school. But his controversial ending is just too much for me to "care" about right now. I rather spend that energy arguing against/learning about defendable points of view.
I don't think I've ever made statements of the kind you're criticizing. I've never called Islam incompatible with the West, I've never called Muslims savages, violent, etc, nor have I called the Qur'an a hate-filled text. I did definitely criticize those Muslims who responded violently to the cartoon, and I also called the more offensive cartoons out for their racism and stereotyping... but yes, I also defended their right to be printed. I honestly don't remember your statements on the topic, but if you said what you are saying now, I would have agreed with you. I remember arguing with some posters who tried to justify the violent retaliations and use the cause and effect scenario to say it was justified behavior and the people who were attacked got what was coming to them, but I don't remember you as one of them.
thread isn't about islam.
Also, there are flawed segments in everything.
The dude is a self-described militant atheist.
