Tirico doesn't belong in that category. This guy can call golf, tennis, basketball, and football at a professional top level. I don't think anybody in the industry has his versatility.

he's not that great breh. He can do football, and basketball, but he's boring at both IMO.

MNF broadcasts are awful to me as are the NBA games he does.

None of them can touch Marv Albert now, or Marv Albert 25 years ago

Have you heard him call a game lately? Marv been slipping in and out of calling players the wrong name and zoning out for handful of seconds at a time

Ya'll making it seem like im dogging turico, and acting like he's incompetent and unprofessional. He's a solid, and well prepared broadcaster.

But i think u can be competent, and also have a distinguishing personality. I guess if im looking for a voice for my main broadcasts i'd like him to have a flair and charisma that accentuates the games and adds to them.

It's not like ive ever said

Tirico is one of the best in the business. This cat will call mnf, then nba on Wednesday. Some random college shyt Thursday another nba game Friday. Some off brand sport Saturday then do radio on Sunday and be heavily prepared for all of it. Dude is a hard worker.
Hope he getting his share of the paper he's earned over the years.

He'll say some shyt like "Jordan was the 13th pick of the 1996 Draft" without anyone correcting him or correcting himself.

if Marv says it, damnit it's true.

I just hope he's not still wearing women's undergarments these days while announcing. :francis:

ESPN forced him there. It's not like he had a choice

nah, he said he chose to go over there to be apart of the SEC Network.

He's Brent Musberger. He's not gonna get forced into a job like that. He could've done the main ESPN/ABC afternoon game or something.
