The results speak for themselves. Comedy is cool and all but just look at he twins and look at ct and mike and tell me who you would want to train you :manny:

Actually I side with the Twins to some degree. They were basically warning people not to go in the gym and go crazy trying to be something they aren't. We all know that most people aren't able to dedicate the lifestyle to the way CT and Rashid train.

Twins are late 30's, from that perspective going in the gym with not a lot of background is a recipe for snap city.

If you just watch Rashid and don't really listen you can fukk yourself up easy.

mike and ct have both talked about their injuries (mike's knee), their health (ct's heart problems) in multiple videos and changes they made to work around fixing the issues they've faced. i personally never took the whole "overtraining" thing to mean go to the gym and overdo it :manny:, i always thought it was understood they meant pushing yourself beyond your comfort zone. just like i don't take the dumb shyt the twins say in their videos overly literally either. i think anyone who is watching any of the videos needs to take everything w a grain of salt and realize that working w iron can be dangerous if you're not careful. just seems like the twins wanted to make sure they were still sharing the youtube fitness video shine going after 2 guys who are clearly in better shape than they are.

Exactly I never put myself at risk or anything when I watch those videos. What I took from over training is that you are just stepping out of conventional wisdom. If im felling good on a particular day I may go out and do 3 extra sets. Everyone's body recovers differently.

I could easily see how the first overtraning video could be taken or utilized wrong. Since then they have been more clear about how to go about it. I agree with them big picture but I also know people don't always take the entire picture into account :yeshrug:

Hodgetwins. Mike Rashid's heart is going to explode at 48. His mind is already mush. For someone who is serious about fitness he can't articulate his thoughts. :flabbynsick:

Both are retarded but for someone who is railing back against "average gym goers" he should be able to articulate his training methods better instead of resort to "let's race it out or bench it out". :rudy: :snoop: ...I was embarrassed for him.
