I remember Beningo or Somers saying that Jerome had to stop calling because his doctor says it wasn't good for him cause he would get too worked up. It had been a good while since he called. I don't remember if he'd passed away. I know Bruce from Bayside passed last year.

I was waiting for that as I watched it but as it went on I kinda hit the feeling they wouldn't address it. I think if they'd been able to go another half hour they might have put it in. Or it could be that Mike and Dog didn't wanna address it; I remember they caught all kinds of heat the next couple days. People was calling the overnight shows to complain about how they treated Lidle and the hosts was like :hubie:"call them" lol

My guess is that Bill Simmons might be involved unless Fox Sports makes him an offer he can't refuse.

Gonna be weird to see Mike do a national show. Unless he keeps it local which is hard

Yea I believe Jerome died a few years ago now.

And if i had to guess, I'd say that they don't wanna touch on Lidle because they probably feel like they don't need to, since it's not like he crashed that plane because of them. It was just a wild coincidence that they killed him on the radio (pun, sorry) and he happened to die a few days later, so they probably feel like one thing had nothing to do with the other. If I were in their shoes honestly, can't say I'd disagree.

Also where is the chick from ? At least Carlin is from the tristate ? I ain't trying to here someone else's opinion on NY sports fans, I want someone that understands us. That's what made francesa great, even Joe and Evan. They are us, they understand what makes us tick and how to push our buttons
