My guess is his beef with management has to do with boomer and carton

Mad dog doesn't either. His show has been good recently, especially since I don't live in Ny anymore

I don't listen to boomer and carton but apparently they rip Mike a lot and I'm sure Mikes not happy with them so he probably tried to get chernoff to get them to stop but I guess he said no.

Mike mentioned Jerry Recco boomer and cartons producer today and said he's running the place[wfan]into the ground

This was a bad deal on both sides. Mike is extremely local. Tri-State heads love him but he has no appeal outside of that him signing a national deal and a station giving him one is just dumb. My friend works at FOX Sports and says ratings wise MLS beats him easily. It is a no brainer for FOX to bump him.

they don't bump him for mls though, it's euro soccer and in june it will be the ladies world cup

I listen to them almost every day; I don't really hear where they stay throwing shots at Mike, other than some good natured ribbing.... I don't know of any real beef at the station other than the fact that Benigno went on record and said that he don't like Al Dukes

Low key it sounds to me like Joe gets tired of Evan sometimes. I could be wrong. But a show with Joe and Sid Rosenberg? The times that Sid popped on during the holidays just for a few moments was pure piffery.
