I bet this chick wasn't in the picture at the time, not his high school sweety, not his day one, none of that.
I think he met this woman AFTER he was already a known/name comedian with agent and lawyer.
If she been there from day one, held him down while he was paying dues to get on,etc......your post would have more validity. She still wouldn't/shouldn't be entitled to such a percentage of HIS earnings, but there would be a stronger case for it.
This settlement and all of these celeb divorce settlements are legalized strong arming. Women scorned and trying to hurt a rich man the best way, by taking his money. These laws were put on the books to protect women at a time when most (white) women weren't in the workforce. There should be a legal cap on how much of a celeb's EARNINGS that the ex spouse should get.
