Look....
There are three types of people in the world.
1. Those that play the game.
2. Those that watch the game.
3. Those that don't know that a game is even being played.
Can't change the game UNTIL you win that game first.

It doesn't matter what industry you're in... comedy, sports, real estate, tech, politics, agriculture, etc... there is a GAME being played. The common denominator of this game is POWER and MONEY. It's all about sales... profit & capitalism.
Who controls the flow of the resources? Who controls the distribution? Who controls the marketing? Who controls the amount of product/service you can get out there? I'll let you take a guess...
It's not the entertainment business.
It's the SALES business. And Kevin Hart has mastered the art of SELLLING his brand globally.
BOTTOM LINE: In every industry, white people run the shyt. It's that simple.
Unfortunately, there is no industry black men wholly dominate. There is no industry where black people are the GATEKEEPERS and the CONTROLLERS of trade in any industry in the world. This is due to our history with slavery, Jim Crow, the war on drugs and several other government sponsored strategies that have kept black people dependent and subservient. IF black men dominated Wall Street, or corporate law, or politics... can you imagine how different our lives would be?
Again, you can't change the game UNTIL you win the game first. And you can't WIN the game until you know how the game is played. Can't run around with a basketball when you know you have to dribble it first...
Kevin Hart plays the game better than anyone else. He's more savvy than people think. He GETS how the game is played... he plays it and guess what? He's winning the game! Now, he's beginning to position himself to CHANGE the game. His LOL network. His products. His production company. He's no longer talent for hire. He does partnerships. That's changing the game. That's more control. You think he's not thinking of how he can level up even more? He has FAR more control than Mike Epps and Katt Williams and whoever else is out there. Of course he has to partner with white people... which will cause you to compromise your product in some way but there is NO ONE who can be independent of white people and dominate in their industry.
Jealousy and criticism are par for the course...
Look... I sell products online. I make a NICE chunk of change (six figures) selling my products. I get it from China wholesale AF and sell it here in the states retail. My website looks like a white owned company. It's like this on purpose. I'm selling to white people who I KNOW have disposable income to buy my shyt. I ain't changing that website up! My face isn't even on that bytch. It's just the game. I'm not putting up a whole bunch of "black lives matter" and "eff the white man you bytch... gimme my money" type situation. I'm tryna to get MONEY. I'm playing the GAME.
You can call me out as a sell out if you want... but that's like complaining that you have to shoot the ball to get three points. Play the fukkin' game. We all do it. When we go to an interview. When we selling something... when we tryna level up. You play that game.
Jay-Z, LeBron, Kevin Hart... these are simply extreme and public examples of dudes who won the game and are working hard to change it by making their own rules.
