i think i asked this in the other thread but real fukking talk...what is the hiring process for a cop? Are these mental evals just thrown out the window. I'm a psych major and I'm pretty fukking sure I could spot a person who would be a darren wilson or similar a mile away just from asking a few simple questions. So what fukking gives?

Here's the thing yes, they're mental evaluations( I believe they ask you questions like do you love your family and stuff like that) and the background checks are extensive they literally talk to everyone you've met/know. But I personally believe they fail by not reevaluating(mentally) these officers every year or 2 its a strenuous job you become jaded it fukks up your head.
