i think i asked this in the other thread but real fukking talk...what is the hiring process for a cop? Are these mental evals just thrown out the window. I'm a psych major and I'm pretty fukking sure I could spot a person who would be a darren wilson or similar a mile away just from asking a few simple questions. So what fukking gives?

Why are these idiots burning down mom and pop shops? Way to take anger out on your own community.

Pretty sure they're targeting white owned. From what I gather they want them out.

In LA they were replaced by black owned and more black cops were hired

They are also burning govt buildings. I'm sure they'd love to hit the white part of town but they've been strategically boxed in. No traffic in or out. They are containing them there.

It'll be quite uncomfortable for cacs later when more black faces appear at their grocery store

It's a good ole boy system for the most part.... if you know someone on the force or if you're a legacy, all you have to do is get through the academy. The psychological exam, IMO, is just a nominal formality.
