The Winky fight was a title eliminator, no? I mean he wasn't fighting Winky because he was a big name or a great matchup. He really couldn't go chasing for easy belts like you make it out, Hop had all of them, and then Taylor after him. If I remember right the winner of Winky/Tito was getting the winner of Hop/Taylor. Winky only had to wait a year because of the Hop/Taylor rematch.
