As far as successors, it will clearly be Sarah Bond. Sarah put together the Sega partnership, and I think she was one of the main ppl on their last E3 show.

The console market is stagnant, there's no growth in it. The bulk of "gamers" aren't even on consoles, that's who MS is after, and xCloud is their way to do it.
