Eh I had the surface pro 2 (or 3? whatever was out about a year ago) for about a week it was wack having desktop windows as an OS and the metro apps were trash

I'm much happier with my ipad

This is some nice looking hardware but it's not fukking with iOS and its advantage in third party apps

Why would you care about IOS (a mobile platform) or app in a device that runs windows and a desktop platform? I like IOS too and I like my iPad, but its hard to do serious work on it.

I do my heavy computing (keyboard and mouse shyt) on my MacBook I just need a tablet as a second screen for reading books and some PDF markups

The windows solutions for this are trash
Onenote some garbage
Meanwhile iOS has like 4 or 5 excellent note taking apps/PDF viewers

Also just having a full desktop with access to program files and shyt is weird af on a tablet, iOS hides all that as it should

so you'd rather pay for 2 devices instead of one. even if that one device does everything as well as the two devices. got it.

I use both at the same time

Got a book open on my iPad
Web browser and word processor and whatever on my laptop

2 in 1 -> it can still only be one at a time

Have fun snapping that shyt back on every time u wanna type something, taking it back off to use it in tablet form, etc

When you've got that setup you can run an HDMI to a giant screen and use the tablet as a smaller screen. And it takes like 3 seconds to snap/unsnap.

You sound like me in like elementary school when MP3 players came out and had like 64mb of storage

I was like why have like 40 songs on an MP3 player when I can get a CD player that reads data CDs and have 700mb x however many cdrs I want at a dollar each

U can scheme whatever shyt you want with other accessories but in the end ur still losing out in usability

Who even does what ur suggesting :bryan: a tablet with a second monitor hooked up

There's advantages to keeping shyt separate
I have a ton of random files on my computer and not all of its organized, who wants to see all their random clutter on a tablet that's supposed to be a lightweight secondary machine

And metro apps for Windows sucks ass as of last year making it an inferior tablet to the ipad

Keep trying to aim your finger at the right 0.5x0.5cm button on full windows breh
