My guess on the used games will be both MS and Sony both say.. Yes, you can play used games on our consoles. But it's up to the publishers to decided each game that does that. So it's up to them, not us.

Yep this was the start. So you will be able to play used or borrowed games, but you can't play online or update rosters.
