It’s not just the price increase it’s the added tier which takes away day one game offerings. It’s a degradation of the value which was originally ”10 dollars a month, play day one games’ business model SOLELY because they got access to Call of Duty. They wouldn’t have been able to raise prices the way they have and eliminate gamepass console without it.

The FTC aren’t the bad guys, they are literally arguing for you to pay less money based on promises Microsoft made in court.

Their business model stalled out so they changed it. I’m all for blasting companies for wrongdoing but here I can’t say they’re up to that. Game Pass doesn’t make sense to a third party publisher making AAA expensive games. It’s only obvious that as Microsoft becomes that Game Pass will get less and less emphasis because it will cost them game sales.
