Unless they get the opportunity to bring up additional arguments I don't see this working. FTC fukked up with their approach to this suit.
They don’t need to win they just trying to delay it so Microsoft gotta renew the merger agreement with act and go through more appeals with cma
I can dig it, still think the cloud argument was kinda goofy with both of em tho. Still not a fan of the acquisition in general, but it is what it is.
Their goal is to just stall until Microsoft or ABK decides to walk away. They have no actual argument.

Any tech company spending near 90bill acquiring another company is going to get looked at (especially in the tech space). I understand why they did, but how they went about arguing the merit of the suit is where they went wrong.
In either case the judges son probably was feeding her info on the low and will get a nice raise out of this.

Thats understandable but their argument was terrible and they have nothing to prove why it shouldnt go. Like the judge said here and America. Microsoft obliged by putting Activision titles on mutiple platforms that it is not on now. This is just a beef because its 70 billy and its Microsoft.
This was the perfect opportunity. It’s biggest tech merger in history. Their lawyers just had trash arguments
