are you back in the office my tdot breh?

Only once a quarter :wow:

We come into do some strategic planning for the upcoming quarter. Actually works out doing it in person that way and it’s nice to quick catch up with team members but anything else would be unnecessary and excessive for what we do.

What about you bruh? Hope they ain’t tryna force y’all back

Depends on the job. If you have a job that is purely based on repetitive tasks then it doesnt matter where you work. But in every office ive ever worked in random shyt always comes down the pipe and its easier to go grab someone at their cubicle or office for a quick discussion than sending an email which some people try to ignore. I know whenever i travel to different offices a lot of the stuff i actually end up doing were not on my initial agenda.
:why: That's why we have Microsoft Teams.

That was my point. A pilot and countless other professions can’t work from home, so get that ass to work like the rest of us! It’s either all of us, or none of us, pleighboi.
:birdman:

Unless… governments start providing us that report to work with some type of incentive. A huge tax write off or 25% annual bonus for those of us that actually have to leave the house to perform.

And nope I've been in 5 times (holiday luncheon at the 3 different hospitals, and summer bbq at two) . The Moment I'm told to come in even a few days week I'm gone elsewhere.

Only good thing working for a hospital there isn't any bonuses or perks so this is all they can offer us non union employees to stay :russ: . I've had recruiters reach out to me positions with higher pay but once I hear that hybrid nah.

It is funny watching these companies shoot themselves in the foot.

They've been able to strangle the market because smaller businesses found it harder to be competitive with their salary. WFH allows smaller businesses to cut costs on lease and provide workers with greater flexibility.

Weird that Twitter is being used as an example in this on the back of a significant leak and the loss of clients. To top it all off, Twitter has not paid rent and the building stinks it is not being cleaned and stocked. Really showing the merits of working full time in the office.
