“I worry long term about the negative impact on people who have decided not to spend as much time at the office,” Iger said, according to Bloomberg.

What negative effect?! Less money being spent eating out for lunch, less money being spent on gas, more rest for employees since that's less time commuting to and from work, etc. :why:

Baby boomers are 55+ so it’s ten more years of them and that’s not counting the several Gen X ers who act like boomers.

The youngest Baby Boomer was born in 1964 and they are 59 years old now. 3 out of 4 Baby Boomers are over 65, and if they still working, they need to retire and stop holding back progress to workers of the younger generations.

Then that justifies paying employees less. Imagine how the person who works at the park must feel getting paid less but still have to go the park to entertain and smile at strangers for hours on end. Too bad they can’t work from home either.

However, this is TheColi, home of the six digits, six feet, six b1tches, while working 6 WFH jobs. That WFH sh1t is truly some classist ish.

N1ggas (all races) go places and expect service and a human to interact with them but then say WFH is right.

I do not mind using kiosks to get things. Less people bytchin about tips.:blessed:
N3gro please. I’d give the workers the options of come in or reduced paid by at least one-third.

The people who I see bytching about WFH are folks are in the top 33% of earners.

It doesn't justify paying someone less if they're still able to perform their job. Some jobs require someone to physically be at the job site. I'm in healthcare so I HAVE to physically be at the hospital. I'm not hating on folks who have a job that can easily be done from home.

I have no dog in this fight...

But downtown areas thrive on the morning/evening commute...

If that money isn't there, then people will have to accept their "downtown" areas going to shyt..

And now the Starbucks of the world can be "justified" in giving employees 10 hours a week because of "demand"...
