Tiki Barber is probably sulking somewhere as Strahan is living the live Tiki envisioned for himself

I wonder if Tiki didn't retire would the Giants still win the 2007 Superbowl...I have no idea how the roster would have been different with Tiki still on the roster

False. Blake is dry as fukk. They put Michael on these shows becuase he SCORES WELL WITH WHITE/NON-BLACK women. They are the ones DROPPING COIN!

When they see Blake, sure he may seem "less intimidating" (and you may think that SCORES WELL with this demo - it DOESN'T) but that's not what attracts this customer base. They want something the COMPLETE OPPOSITE of them. They dont want to see their red-headed SON! :ld:
You could be right.. but I called my shot and I'm sticking by it. He's already producing movies, has projects on the side, is part of the Funny Or Die group etc.. So we'll see what happens 4-5 years from now. This is also one of the knocks on him as a player as well- that he's too into the comedy shyt and not enough focus on basketball. :yeshrug:

That's always been funny to me because I remember back then Tiki loved promoting himself as some kind of new age Renaissance Negro who was bigger than football and didn't need it. He loved talking about his future outside of football and wanting to prove himself different, and now, while not even talking about it, Strahan went ahead and did everything Tiki envisioned for himself. I picture Tiki sitting on his couch like

Tiki does sports talk radio with Brandon Tierny here in NY. It is simulcasted on CBS Sports. Not where he saw himself, but not bad either.

Callin' it now.. Blake Griffin will be next in line with a Strahan post playing career:ehh:

Funny you say that cause the other day I was thinking that if he doesn't make a decent playoff run in the next 2-3 years that he'll be the next big player that does s "heel turn" in terms of public perception
