He lost way more. Just add up the property tax, maintenance, realtor, depreciation since listing it about a decade ago. So on his scale he gave the mansion away! Literally saving more money off loading it. Not on his scale but on my commercial lease I had I was spending 100k a year on an empty building during Covid because we had to close. Took two years to offload I will never forget that loss! Getting rid of it is a net profit gained

Mike just lost a net 20 million on a house and that shyt probably feels like a dropped a 5 dollar bill.
No matter how rich you are 20mil feels like 20 mil to everyone! My rich buddies are as tight and penny pinch worst than my 9-5 friends.

Its a beautiful property.


I always wondered why nobody wanted to bite the bullet on it all these years.
It didn’t age well with modern architecture. It looked way to commercial instead of a residential home. Jordan taste in homes was as bad as his fashion sense. With that’s said still the 🐐 😂
