The problem with these super mansions is that they are made specifically for the owner at that time. Whoever buys it has to likely spend millions renovations.

Mike just lost a net 20 million on a house and that shyt probably feels like a dropped a 5 dollar bill.
I know MJ a billionaire, but, a 20 million loss is crazy.
It was too customized with Jordan/Basketball symbology throughout the entire estate. And the architecture was hideous.
