Fincher with another one. The tension increasing every chapter and having you at every damn sequence was masterfully done.
The fight sequence in Florida was dope as fukk. Fassbender tanking all those shots was kinda funny but the choreography and how Fincher filmed it was top notch. A Fincher Batman flick would be otherworldly
Regarding the ending ,gotta say
I was surprised Fassbender actually won. The movie tells you repeatedly he's gonna get got sooner rather than later (and the ticking clock before the film goes to black was a nice closing touch) but I truly thought some unknown hitman was going to show up and kill him out of nowhere or some shyt
Plot. Pacing. Cinematography. Acting.
Strong movie making.
Fincher in rare form….
Shout out to the homies Lou Grant, George Jefferson, and Reuben Kincaid.
The movie was alright. Talking about John Wick made me think there'd be more action. I might watch something more action oriented.
I did like the fight scene in Florida. It was like the final foght scene in The Hunt. Both fights had clever use of fighting in a tight living space except this movie had more weight to the fight because it was two men.
This reminded me I need to get back into the Golgo 13 anime
