-The Dora Milaje aren't soldiers they are glorified King's guards
-Killmonger origin story was relegated to being a Diaspora fodder

-We got 0 of Tchalla's inventions and gadgets.

-We didn't see enough of Wakanda only the market place the Testing grounds and bullshyt jungles. Wakanda is more than those things.

It's a shame that the Russo Bro's offered us the best version of T'Challa in the MCU in Civil War. They set it off with the right tone nicely. It's too bad Ryan & Marvel couldn't follow up with that momentum for the entire movie with the C-Team stunt/fight team & C-Team VFX studios.
