Just watched it black panther tonight and I must agree. Micheal B wasn't bad at all but he just didn't have that convincing emotion behind those lines. Those were epic lines and he kinda fell flat as far as breathing life into those words.

I moght take some flack but i agree with OP. I wasnt moved by his acting in BP. Not saying hes a bad actor. I just didnt feel his performance.

It was pretty shyt. That’s one of the things I realised through the film

He doesn’t seem to absorb into and be character.

He's starting to get a few. But, he would have been a pretty convincing Killmonger.

Michael B. Jordan just didn't come off as a believable when he was talking about racking up kills all over the planet.

I thought MBJ legit came off as a sociopath but maybe y’all watched a different movie :leon:

I mean he only killed Klaw, his girlfriend, choked an old lady, poisoned a museum worker, killed Zuri, a Dora and tried to do T’Challa’s sister in too. What more y’all want :skip: Killmonger’s character was multifaceted. He was supposed to be violent and angry but also lost and vulnerable to the point that you pitied him but, also swagged up and charismatic. The guy you posted probably would come off more aggressive but I doubt he’d have the charm that MBJ did and from what I saw in Moonlight, I don’t know if he could pull off the angry kid angle either.
