Nah, y'all just not gonna be talking shyt about The U.

But forreal tho, with the shyt that went down with the NCAA and Nevin Shapiro, it would've killed off most football programs.

Alot of the L's Miami took in the mid 2000's and 2010's, were due to players that would've been at Miami under normal circumstances.

Although we would see improvements instantly imo, a better coach is half the battle. The other half would be getting big $, which the university claims they don't have much of, to improve the program with an Inside Practice Facility/better assistant coaches/stadium on or near campus/keep the head coach.

We could get away with average facilities back in the day because we had some of the best coaches, but CFB is already/becoming a business and recruits are following that business. A 5* kid would rather go to the school with the newest technology and an average coach than the school with the best coach. One kid in the past said that the reason he chose another school over UM was because they didn't have a lot of people in the stadium and more scouts would see him at the other school :russ: which is dumb on his part since UM is a national brand and scouts will always be present even when UM is not relevant; look at this year's Pro Day for a team that went 6-6. Adding a more up to date environment would help with some of these "superstar" recruits and help the staff keep the athletes up to date as well.
