Spo can't even move in the top circles with that (though he could get in there with fame). The Philippines has always been controlled by like 40 families who have massive wealth and land under their control.
Yeah, I've seen so many people who seriously don't get this. Only one team can win a title every year, and there are clearly some teams that have rosters far better than others. The "hasn't won a title" is a silly critique unless there were years he should have won a title and blew it.
The most impressive thing about Spo is how he's steadily adjusted and improved. He doesn't get stuck in one way, he keeps working with the rosters he has and maximizing them.
