He's the current OC For the bengals.(offensive minded)
Was a previous head coach with raiders(some head coach experience)

His offences always were good. Gets the most out of his players, and is still relatively young.

I'm saying, out of all the'hot' coordinators out there, I prefer him the most.

But coughlin would be interesting too, especially if they keep Dan Campbell as asst coach being groomed to take over for tc when he retires in a few years.

Philbin, Saban, sparano, waanstedt, Cameron they weren't retreads....where did that get us?

I don't want anymore learning on the job. Coughlin....like I said, would be interesting because of the Dan Campbell connection. If he can groom dc, I like that option cuz I think Dan has potential.

Players love him but DC comes across as somewhat of a meat-head to me.

Maybe it's the way he talks thats throwing me off. Not saying he's stupid but I just dont feel like he's a smart person. Thats big for me.

That's why I'm saying he needs to be groomed. He's not ready yet.
But most coaches were former players, no scholars lol.

Rex Ryan comes off as a fukking idiot when he speaks, as do many others.

I think dc has the potential. IMO, he embodies that "leader of men" attitude coaches need.

Yup, anyone that makes him a hc now is crazy. But he will be one one day.
That's why getting one of these older coaches and keeping him would be ok with me.
