This is false. White Cubans don’t identify with white Americans at all really and you can even see it in Miami. They created their own shyt. They didn’t try to copy or blend in....

In America, white is clearly defined as non hispanic which means they purposefully exclude latinos from "whiteness" as a matter of government policy.
