@HoopLife the funny thing is that Pokemon manga.....although not great is definitely an improvement from the actual show.

This dude Satoshi has got to be one of the only anime giants who barely takes anything from the manga to put into the anime.

I know I am repeating myself alot now but dudes don't realize how frustrating it is seeing something that has/had so much potential be RUINED just like that....

Now of course I will be checking the games out in October LOL ........but the show man......its such a shame.

ADVANCED GENERATION(HOENN REGION) would have been the PERFECT TIME for them to have made a reprieve to the series.

I remember the first episode of Hoenn when I had the face when I saw the mini plot with the clothes change and Pikachu losing its power and thought they were finally gonna step it up.........

@Kitsune @Willstyles and everyone else. Pokemon has got to have the most embarrassingly, pathetic FILLER to plot line ratios in anime history. It looks like childs play compared to Detective Conan, One Peice, Inuyasha, Full Metal Alchemist, Yu Yu Hakusho, Tenchi Muyo, DBZ,etc....



The shyt has just become so sad now it isn't even funny anymore. This creator Satoshi has got to be the biggest embarrassment in the pool of the other legendary anime creators(Toriyama,Gosho,etc). It seems that he is basically the Seth McFarland of Japanese animation.


How is it that:

1. Unlike other anime series, there has been little to no interaction at all between Ash and Misty and having that as a plot line and not a minor thing that came up every 100 episodes about their relationship...





2. Giving "Primeape" to another person to be "trained" and to be never returned has got to be up there in one of the idiotic mistakes in history. Its not as bad as the Pigeot thing(which is still bad) because at least you can always find a strong bird.


3. He pretty much REGRESSED after he got his ass lucky by beating Gary in Johto when he was closed to getting murked.......


4. Token noob........rarely rotating his Pokemon from the previous reagion and leaving them to rot.


There is so much more to be said but I will just stop because its frustrating thinking about this pathetic display by Satoshi Tajiri

not even richie.......u remember that Paul dude from the previous region? dude was the perfect rival like on a vegeta level...and im not exagerrating.

right now lookiing on his page again and its amazing how that was years ago....

Ash never caught Haunter, he just followed Ash. He also told Lapras he was letting him go when they found his family. So those two are understandable. I don't remember Beedrill or Squirtle tho. I stopped watching after the Orange Islands shyt.
