If you 40 and up, you should've accumulated enough titles and experience to trump a college degree.

Especially if you're trying to do upper management, which can be a headache. I don't have a degree but can get a management position that's $60,000 or more with ease.
yeah but if you have a college degree you can make that starting out, not as a manager.

Idk why those without degrees love to try to shyt on people with degrees like they're taking some kind of moral high ground.

It depends on what job field you’re trying to get into.

Most management jobs require industry experience, or management experience. So even with a degree, you gotta come in and work your way up. Ain’t nobody hiring someone to be an area or regional manager fresh out of college.

I started out at a company as as a supervisor. Worked my way up to assistant manager, then general manager. Next job I applied for was area manager. Got it and eventually became regional manager. So I got 10+ years of management experience at different companies and different levels, that trumps a degree.

Someone in their 40’s companies aren’t even looking at that.

good thing you're here to defend and carry water for them then I guess

:manny:
I would want to create policies to make sure these men don’t get radicalized. Money and dignified jobs.

You probably play first shooter games with them and share hilarious jokes about babies being bombed, further deepening their radicalization. :manny:

I'm not interested in empowering white supremacists or white people in general who already have access to the best of everything in this country

You must be very sheltered to have not realized this already. The people I assume you see as class allies are racists with or without money.

Neither am I.

You share memes of death and weapons and play first-person shooter games. :aicmon:

You are the person who this article is talking about, but you are fortunate enough to have family wealth sustaining your life.

These losers don't. While you sit home and play video games all day and spend your parent's money, I want these men--of all races--to work dignified jobs so they don't become lower-class versions of folk like you, and don't become radicalized or turn to commit crimes.

That's exactly what you're advocating for time and time again on here. Your words. The worst of the worst defended and coddled by you.

You don't know anything about my life or my "family wealth" and I don't live off my "parents" now and I never have. Maybe you're projecting your life on to mine. What does the great mastermind do professionally again? Are you unemployed/underemployed by choice to protect your social status?

You're such a ridiculous little clown and probably haven't achieved much in life to idealize life this manner.

No, it's not.

As I said, you are fortunate to sit home and do nothing all day and have your family sustain your life. You have become radicalized, so all the terrible things that happen in the world are funny to you.

A lot of these men don't have that privilege and may fall down bad rabbit holes. I want them to not become radicalized. I think it upsets you because you can't play Halo or Call of Duty with these dudes while they spiral.

the ether
That's as men without a college degree have seen their real earnings fall by 30% since 1980, compared to those of all "prime-age" workers between the ages of 25 and 54.

And incredibly, these are the same men who think Reagan saved the American economy.

Lol, you yourself have already admitted as much multiple times, bragging about already being wealthy at 18, travelling the world, and only having to work a couple hours a day on your computer while commercial real estate in NY makes your money for you.

You can't brag about how easy your life has been compared to most people and then try to disown that privilege when someone points it out.
