Yes. They took her entire tax refund and takes money out of her check she gets from work. and he won't even let her see her kid. (she's in Cali, he's in TX)

I know what point you're trying to make, yes men typically pay child support because the mother usually has custody of their child(ren). So it would only make sense that they pay it more. But you guys are trying to make it men vs women when it's just whoever doesn't have custody of the kid has to pay child support.

Does this woman that u know have or had a serious drug problem? Is she abusive? Have a criminal record? Psychological problems?

Because those are the only reasons I can imagine that a woman wouldn't get the children. Especially in Texas.

it is men vs women when women are automatically more likely to get the children. i mean you have to really, REALLY fukk up as a woman not to get custody of your kids

I wouldn't say that's men vs women. I think children have a stronger connection with their mothers than their fathers because you know the whole pregnant & breast feeding thing. I don't think women getting custody is to hurt men, it's what they think is best for the child.

She's pretty normal from what I can tell and she's never been arrested. Her and her baby daddy just shared custody of their daughter, she sent her to his house for the summer and when it was time for her to come back, he said she wasn't going she said she hasn't seen her since 2007. She's only talked on the phone to her. She even went to TX to try to get her but he wouldn't even answer the phone for her.

Hope you repeat that to your brother and your father.

I am for equality. Yes.

I also believe that some things women are better at ( like taking care of the children) and some things that men are better at (like lifting heavy stuff).

so essentially men will be better at building communities and wealth, while you take care of the kids. i dont know, juooce, that not equality :todd: especially considering women are more likely to abuse their children.

My dad feels the same way. He knows we love him and my mother equally though.

I don't know about my brother though, he's in his own world but I love him.

You're generally talking about very pretty women who have these sorts of demands, so it seems like you're complaining about not being able to pull desirable women w/o having something going for yourself. I dont know what to tell you...Average to below average women usually dont have high demands. its like wanting a coveted job position w/o qualifications...and just like that job, the position, like a relationship, isnt guaranteed to last forever.

You know, it's very strange that you take a femine position on every argument up here :patrice:.

Yet you pretty much admitted that attractive women are gold diggers. If marriage is supposed to be all about love, companionship, and family, a mans financial status shouldn't have any relevance. And women should have no qualm with signing a prenup. But we both know this isn't the case.

I don't see how you can reasonably argue that divorce laws are fair when in the vast majority of relationships the man makes more than the woman, due to women's own instinctual requirements. They seek financial security from a mate and take advantage of this "accepted" cultural arrangement during divorce. Their staunch defense of current laws is all the proof you need.

:mindblown: I'm really not understanding your thought process. I never said anything like this. How does lifting something heavy mean you're better at building communities? Why would I be taking care of kids?

:mindblown: what does this have to do with equality?
