You're moving past the initial point to a spot that's not in the discussion. Long term decision making doesn't even occur if you think that person isn't worth an extended thought in the first place. Is that flawed? Sure. Its also human nature.
Ok bae. You keep believing first impressions are the end all. But common sense tells otherwise but do you.

:childplease:

Where do I ever say that? If a department manager rolls up to me looking like her momma dressed her, spilling drinks but trying to get the number all the same - she is who she is at that exact moment. That's what you're working with. After that point, everything is an act to disprove and rewrite the resume that's already been submitted.

If you want to have a talk about how important it is to know people deeper before moving to the next, have THAT discussion. But its not the same as this one.

Love
"Men do not fall in love gradually, and they do not find themselves suddenly falling for women in whom they weren't initially interested. Now, let me qualify a couple things before going any further. By "love" I mean deep romantic attraction, as opposed to lust or long-term attachment. Lust is primary, physical and fleeting for both sexes, and long-term attachment takes years of shared experience to develop in either sex. Male romantic love is something that either starts early and continues, or else doesn't start at all. If a man isn't falling for you from an early stage - say, the first month - it isn't going to happen."

Do you guys agree or disagree? Why/why not?

Explain please :queen:

I'll be back after class to read.
Historically, it's true for me :mjcry:
I like to call it my infatuations but i usually fall hard for women at first. The gradual thing is like i may eventually come to love someone after a while but it's more reciprocal love than it is deep romantic attraction.

Ive told you guys about this black chick im obsessed with. I love this women with every fiber in me but she just uses me for good d!ck when her fiancee is out of the country. I probably should hate her but...:sadcam: i love her ...:mjcry:

So a man can be with a woman he settled for and is attached to and not love her?:merchant:
How does a brehette not risk this happening to her?:lupe:

easy. be loveable.
be sweet and giving but not a pushover.
don't be a whore
be moderately fit and aim to please in the bed.

then pick a decent guy. You will win with near certainty

Look at it this way

Lotta women evaluate a man's life before they evaluate the man. It's been like that since chicks looked at a man's shoes before deciding if they would give him the time of day.

They start at 100% if a man's "worthy" and take off points the more they know.

Unless they consider him sexy as shyt and the consequence is good dikk.

So it's either 100% to nothing or Zero to whatever %.

It's not considered that when all is said and done, you still gotta put up with the man. You can get with a rich man or an entertaining bum, but at the end f the day and you still gotta be in a room with him and only him? He's lame? The sex is wack? What is it worth? What was your time worth? The shopping? The sex you get once every three months with the other broads harassing you? He fukked you and ignored you? Is it worth it?

Men judge women by their looks instead of their lives and neg from there.

"Real" nikkas, whether they're tupac in a business suit or Plies with no fake accent, have been throwing pitches at "bytches" every day all day because they know chicks arent looking for what 50 Cent called "RNs (regular nikkas).

Everything else: You being in "Love", you being pregnant, you blowing up their phone, you and two or 3 other chicks harassing him.... thats what comes with him being him. He's seen it before.

Hell, when he looks around, all he sees is this.

"Do men fall in love gradually"? Yeah, but only of you think your p*ssy and only that is enough to keep a man happy.... when he can pay some broad 100 bucks and she'll do all the freaky shyt you're planning on.

Or you're taking the place of his mom.

By the way... how are you?
You're telling it like it is, I hope you're giving wisdom in the gems threads.

I don't know how it works for others but obviously I like a chick at least from a looks point if I want to be seen in public instead of just friends with benefits but love? That's something that happens over time when getting to know someone. Don't know how you can love someone without getting to know them, having experiences with them, and the like. That don't happen in a short time frame at least for me.

I'll be back after class to read.

Been married 9 years and with that person for 11 years total.
It is true it starts from the first moment, I was in love by month 3 or 4th and it continued. Same with my ex of 2 years about 6 months later I was in love with her also. The reason I believe this happens is because when you meet a women that has everything that you ever wanted in a women, the fireworks will go off, you can't help it. But only the women who meets this criteria can trigger this within a man.

It's pretty obvious if he's really into you

that fire burns really bright... like he cannot wait do to anything and everything with you, for you etc.

but if he settled then everything will be kinda like
meh.... low energy.. he could take it or leave it.

I agree with the premise that the OP has set

overall Love is easy
you will never have to question it.. it's the difference between day & night

if you're experiencing alot of trials & tribulations then you're in some B.S.
