One of the former Memphis officers charged in connection with Tyre Nichols' death took a photo of Nichols after he was handcuffed and texted it to multiple people, according to newly obtained state records.
Demetrius Haley took two pictures on his personal cell phone of the "obviously injured" Nichols after he had been handcuffed, according to a Tennessee Peace Officers Standards and Training Commission document obtained by ABC News. He admitted to sharing a photo in a text message with five people -- a civilian employee, two Memphis police officers and a "female acquaintance" -- while an administrative investigation uncovered that a sixth person also received the same photo, according to the document.

The actions violated a Memphis Police regulation regarding confidential information, which states that officers cannot share information relating to official police matters "without prior approval or subpoena, except to authorized persons," according to the document.

The document was part of the process to decertify Haley and the four other former officers charged with second-degree murder.

A sixth officer has also been fired following a violent encounter with Memphis police caught on body camera.

Seven additional Memphis police officers could face discipline in connection with the incident, the city's chief legal officer, Jennifer Sink, told ABC News Tuesday.

Those additional officers will be receiving a "statement of charges," which notifies an officer about a policy violation prior to an administrative hearing and decision about discipline, officials said.

"The administrative investigation is still ongoing, and so this information is subject to change," Sink said in a statement. "The administrative investigation is solely to determine if city policies were violated and what disciplinary action should be taken."

I’m guessing that photo that was floating around is the reason why those other officers are in trouble as well. Also more than likely the reason why Davis has been MIA as well as that picture was floating around her watch.

And you just know the photos he took of Tyre are going to be graphic as fukk. He made sure that whoever got those pics saw exactly how badly he had injured him. Dude wrote his own death sentence 10 fold trying to flex on a man he just murdered. Police really aint shyt but a state sponsored gangs.

I sit and ponder about the psychology of these clowns. What they did to this good brother, I couldn't do to dog.

Back in college a lot of my friends pledged and most of them changed overnight when they crossed. Nothing too drastic but there was a certain air about them. They had separated themselves from the pack to elevate their status. This is human nature, we all do it in some way or another.

But then they go off and become police officers. That's another fraternity. So now you're 2x removed from your brothers. "You're not LE, you're not my frat, you ain't shyt to me". I'm not surprised that three of the five c00ns were greeks. Half the nikkas at my PWI was kinda hood. These cops were just your run of the mill gangbangers with a badge. They didn't care about Tyre, and they still don't.

I don't give a damn about hiring problems, this police department failed. I could have sniffed these thugs out in a five minute conversation. I already knew MPD was on some bullshyt. My wife and her friends went out on Beale one night and the police were hyper aggressive while clearing the streets. They snatched up people and physically assaulted a few. Cussed my wife out because she was trying to get back across the street to get to her friend she rode with. I don't know what would have happened if I was with her that night. Cause literally, if you say something, anything at all, 4 or 5 of them had you on the ground.

Also, I need ppl to understand that the rumors are very disrespectful to Tyre. Common sense should tell you that Tyre and the dirty cop would not be dating the same type of woman. There is no need to put a ratchet spin on this bizarre situation. c00ns and gatekeepers been around since we landed on American soil. 10 cops aren't going to put their lives and career on the line for no personal bullshyt. This is clearly a culture problem within that department/unit. And it starts at the top. I would say the chief needs to be fired but she would be hired over at another department as soon as everything dies down. She's a dream hire for systematic oppression.

But anyway, I hope these c00ns cry themselves to sleep every night. They'll get the book thrown at them for sure. They'll be put in protective custody but their safety is not guaranteed. Damn this is long

Bet one of those mfes tossed that shyt and was gonna put in the report it “came off in a scuffle” these fakkits are bold with it.. 3 dudes on a skinny nikka smh just like 5 nikkas on tyre who weighed like 150 pounds
In the newly released documents, police officials said that one of the five officers, Demetrius Haley, admitted to sending a photograph of Mr. Nichols to at least five people, including two fellow officers, a civilian employee of the department and a female acquaintance. A sixth person also received the photo, the records state.
Off these nikkas get em the fukk outta here fukk PC like I said soon as I watched when it was released, Gen pop let em get sent out the way they did Tyre. Let a nikka with nothing to lose never going home give em that whitey bulger treatment

Bulger was transferred from the Federal Transfer Center in Oklahoma City to United States Penitentiary, Hazelton, in West Virginia on October 29, 2018.[20][105] At 8:20 a.m. on October 30, the 89-year-old Bulger[106] was found dead. Bulger was in a wheelchair and had been beaten to death by multiple inmates armed with a sock-wrapped padlock and a shiv. His eyes had nearly been gouged out and his tongue almost cut off;[107][108][109] a law enforcement official described Bulger as "unrecognizable".
