Disregard. I see multiple reports that it is speculation. However I will keep an open mind. The way they beat him, still leads me to believe that it was personal. And that there was some type of motive behind it. This wasn't a Rodney King incident where they chased him for miles, he was under the influence or posed some obvious threat (size).
