Here it's something that has always bothered me. We have young soldiers in combat zones who are given very strict ROE. To the point that you cannot shoot unless someone is shooting at you. Having a gun and pointing a gun is not enough to engage. These young soldiers abide by that for the most part. But experienced cops are allowed to shoot American citizens not in combat out of fear. How fukked up is that?

That is a great idea. I was also thinking of pressing cities to make IA data public in a short time window and to I do think cities and municipalities (especially when a trouble history) should have a baseline budget for police and any increase would depend on quality metrics being hit. kind of like the Affordable Care Act quality metrics that were implemented (then scrapped by Trump) that would tie additional money for hitting certain quality score. Obviously those scores and details would be made pubic.

Red Dogs terrorized nikkas for YEARS. I'm not too familiar with da Black Cats. There was another group too. nikkas said da other group rolled around dressed up like D-Boys. I had only heard about da unnamed group & Black Cats when I was locked up and gettin' processed out to be released.

This just proves how dumb some nikkas are and how racist the criminal just us system is. Fat ass White boy sat off the incident by tasing the young man and then saying that they should stomp him. Dumb brain dead nikkas actually carried out the command.
White boy got suspended, probably with pay. Dumb brain dead ass nikkas got fired.
White boy did not get criminally charged. Dumb brain dead ass nikkas got charged with murder and will be doing hard ass time.
What was the kid's crime that justified that violence against him? Nothing. He didn’t do anything. He wasn't even armed. White cops don't even treat armed violent White suspects that way.
Hemphill isn't on camera beating someone to death. He isn't on camera ordering the beating death of a defenseless civilian either. Given those two things he wasn't going to be immediately fired and charged just for being in the vicinity. Of course since he was involved in any manner that involvement has to be investigated and the investigation has to follow the typical protocol (relieved of duty with pay). Firing and charging him immediately just to appease a few activists could actually damage the open and shut case of the other five officers. You don't want to introduce the narrative of "wrongly fired and charged white officer" because it will be magnified to create tension and cast doubt on whether or not the department made the right call on any of these officers despite overwhelming evidence. Don't introduce doubt when there isn't a need to.
Anyone outside of the main five will have their actions investigated and like the EMTs they will face the consequences depending on their level of involvement (or indifference). I wouldn't say his job is guaranteed.

He introduced the violence with the tasing and he encouraged the beating. He should have been charged.
If you were at a night club with your boys and you started a fight and told your boys to stomp somebody you would get charged just like your boys. There is no difference between that scenario and what the White boy did. Your actions and the resulting violence were foreseeable. Prosecutors charge that every day. There are nikkas sitting in jail right now that didn't throw the killer punch, but they are charged with murder, manslaughter, conspiracy to do bodily harm, etc.

The five cops werent there when he said that.They will say his taser use was within guidelines.He mite be fired but will police again.
Some of them were, because they yanked him out the car and had him on the ground when that fat White boy tasered him. That is how the kid ended up on the ground outside of his car. Those thugs started verbally abusing that dude while he was in his car and they yanked him out. That is when that thug fat White boy made that stomping comment.
I’m really curious, and want to know. What was Lucas’s wake up call. Like breh used to be c00ning heavy.
