Just read a story about a local cop who has been been given a suspension for 90 days and reduced in rank for performing sex acts both in police HQ and outside (on duty) in uniform.
If I anyone in the civilian world was caught doing similar acts AT WORK, it would be immediate termination. Almost no question.
How is it this guy gets to keep his job?

Yep. You got a whole lotta "hood" or "wannabe hood" people going for criminal justice degrees.
That and they've lowered the requirements to be a police office so you get lackluster people in it for a check just like you do with the school system needing teachers.
If you in Memphis, sadly you know that the young Black officers tend to be the worse pnes to deal with. The White cops are typically showing more restraint post-George Floyd.
Anybody that's ever been to 201 (Shelby County Court/Jail) knows they will talk WET to you even if you come for a speeding ticket.

Yes they are stupid even by police officers standards. Just mouth breathing, knuckle dragging, mirror fogging, window licking idiots. Those idiots were even getting their story together right on camera which is going to be what gets them decades in the federal penitentiary, after the State trials are over. They are going to make an example of those fools and to really punish them I wouldn't be surprised if the Feds don't allow them to serve out their time in club Fed. nikkas don't get that perk.
